#5 Search for restaurants in the area that offer delicious gluten free food
You don’t have to swear off going out to eat when you become gluten free. Many restaurants are now aware of gluten intolerance, and they’re working hard to come up with recipes that work for all of their customers. Look around in your area, make some phone calls and discover the best gluten free restaurant options in your area.
